ABOUT ME

A copywriter at heart, Sami has over 8 years of experience in the creative industry bringing compelling campaigns to life with a concept and an idea. His education includes a Bachelor’s in Communication Arts from Beirut, Lebanon and a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the United States of America.

Sami began his career as a Copywriter in Beirut, Lebanon. During his time in the industry, Sami has worked on and helped several campaigns come to fruition for a myriad of brands in industries such as Automotive, Fashion, F&B, Finance, Governmental, and Tourism. He was also part of award-winning campaigns in the Jordan market that won several Gold awards at the MEPRA (Middle East Public Relations Association). He grew to become a Senior English Copywriter at Memac Ogilvy in the Jordan office before holding the position of Creative Content Manager at the UAE office to bring a creative flair and concept-oriented campaigns across ad, social, and PR departments.

As a writer by trade, Sami has published several poems in Poetic Anthologies, debuted his own short Zine of poetic pieces titled “Lebanon Revolts” and is currently working on his first fiction novel titled “The Nameless Land”.
